Matthew Chung
Matthew Chung is the Managing Director of TeleSign Mobile. He joined the company in 2007 after a career path steeped in Telecoms, the Internet and IT, consulting with firms such as Cable and Wireless, TeliaSonera and Abovenet. Matthew's role at TeleSign Mobile is to ensure customers get the best value SMS services available within the industry. Customer Care and Satisfaction is top of his agenda!

Katarina Velickovic
Katarina has been responsible for Routing Management and Service Delivery at TeleSign Mobile since 2003. Her role is core to retaining and acquiring very satisfied customers! With a sharp pair of eyes and an analytical brain, she can spot the good, the bad and the ugly, essential ingredients to ensuring optimal messaging performance. Katarina does enjoy letting go from time to time with her vocal skills and her colleagues look forward to her audition on X Factor!

Richard Fox
Richard is responsible for developing New Business opportunities at TeleSign Mobile. His degree in French and European Studies certainly comes in useful with customers who struggle with English! Richard’s role is to ensure he has a thorough understanding of our customers’ goals, and the pains, fears and motivations behind them. When not interacting with customers, Richard can often be found playing bass guitar on stage with his band, The Tally, or supporting his favourite football team, Arsenal.

Darko Milojkovic
Darko is one of our top bright sparks when it comes to new ideas for delivering excellence in Customer Services. With a background in Systems Development, his role is primarily to lead the Customer Support function, liasing between his Support Team and the Developers to facilitate rapid customizations and fixes. Darko is a keen football fan supporting Barcelona and, back at home, Red Star Belgrade.

Dragan Zubac
Contrary to any myths, this Dragan doesn't breath fire, managing to remain calm even during those high pressure situations! In a nutshell, Dragan is responsible for keeping the lights on within TeleSign Mobile's sophisticated Technology Platform, relied on by our customers to send and receive critical SMS across the world. He leads a System Team of expert developers who are continuously seeking to innovate and improve. Any peculiarities about Dragan? Ask him about his fetish with public transport passes!

Chaitali Kotadia
Based in TeleSign Mobile's London office, "Chai" as we call her, takes care of our Finance function from Bookkeeping and Reconciliation to Management Reporting. Working with all the various teams in extracting analytical information, Chai's role is pivotal in enabling TeleSign Mobile to maintain its financial strength and grow. Chai's choice of vibrant attire in the office is reminiscent of her culture and homeland in Gujarat.
